What to Expect
How Our RV Solar Installation Process Works
A high-ticket install should not be a mystery. Here is exactly how a project moves from first conversation to driving away off grid.
Consultation
It starts with a conversation about how you camp: where you go, what you run, and what frustrates you about power today. Start by phone or bring your coach by our Las Vegas facility. Either way, you talk to a technician, not a salesperson reading a script.
System design
A technician evaluates your roof space, your electrical system, and your appliances, then designs a system around your loads. This is where solar wattage, lithium capacity, and inverter sizing get decided together, as one system.
The proposal
You get a specific spec in plain numbers: watts of solar, amp hours of lithium, inverter capacity, and exactly what the work includes. Ask us anything at this stage. If a smaller system serves you better, that is what we will tell you.
Installation
The work is performed at our Las Vegas facility by RVIA/RVDA certified RV technicians. While your coach is with us, the facility is protected by 24/7 video surveillance.
The walkthrough
We do not hand you a mystery box. Your controller has meters for a reason: we show you how to read them, what your system is doing in real time, and how to get the most out of it before you pull away.
How long does it take?
It depends on the system and our current schedule, and we would rather give you a straight answer than a generic one. Ask us when you book and we will tell you exactly what to expect for your dates.
Hours
Monday through Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM. Saturday by appointment. Sunday closed.
We are part of the 24/7 MotorCoach family, so service, storage, and detail are all under the same roof if your coach needs more than solar.
